Cherry has enthusiastically practiced TT for over 6 years and continues to share this enthusiasm through her teaching of TT. She has extensive experience in treating a variety of sports-related injuries and conditions presented by students in her capacity of high school teacher.

A native of Halifax, David is�the staff chaplain for cancer patients at the QEII Health Sciences Center, and has been researching healing and energy since 1993. His personal journey through cancer led to investigations into mind/body awareness and the wonder of life. The priviledge of working with people in life and death struggles is balanced with celebrating life with his son through play, chocolate, and photography. David has been practicing TT for over ten years, and is a Certified Tacher with ATTN.

Evelyn Mitchell has been contributing to the quality of life in the community for several years. Not only did she pioneer Red Cross transportation services in Dartmouth, she has also worked with United Way, and Mental Health. Evelyn then went into health care and traveled the Maritimes training healthcare workers in a number of facilities. Eventually, she developed her gifts as a natural healer and has been involved in Therapeutic Touch since 1996. She is a board member. Evelyn spends six months a year promoting and teaching Therapeutic Touch on Prince Edward Island and six months in Nova Scotia doing the same. She is also a second-degree Reiki practitioner and a member of the Alternative Integrative Medicine on Prince Edward Island.
Evelyn is willing to travel throughout the Atlantic region to give workshops.
Janet Manthorne 902-543-4266
Janet Manthorne, ICADC, CHTP, TTRT, returned in 2001 to her native Nova Scotia from Toronto where she was a Licensed Holistic Practitioner in private practice.� In the past, she was a Supervisor of Residential Counsellors in L'Arche Ottawa, where she shared life with mentally and physically challenged adults in keeping with the philosophy of Jean Vanier.� She holds international certifications in both Addictions Counselling and Healing Touch Therapies.� She studied theology and palliative care�and has worked extensively with those in final transition at home, hospitals and in nursing homes.� She has also worked with refugees, correctional clients and Alzheimer patients.� Janet has practiced Therapeutic Touch for 13 years and�is Education Chair/ Practitioner Liaison on the ATTN Board of Directors. A Registered Therapeutic Touch Teacher for more than 7 years, Janet offers Level 1, 2 and 3�classes throughout Atlantic Canada. She finds meaning�as a healer and teacher and�experiences Therapeutic Touch as "bringing a bit of Light into the world".
Charlotte Quirk� 902-865-0059
Charlotte Quirk was born and educated in Great Britain, and located to Nova Scotia in 1977. Due to her belief in a great need for better preschool education, she studied, qualified and dedicated her time and effort toward the improvement of this field. She is recognized by the Certification Council of Childhood Educators of Nova Scotia, as one of the first teachers to be Certified as an Early Childhood Educator. She is well known in her community as an owner/operator of �Aunty Charlotte�s� Registered Day Care which she successfully operated for fifteen years. Because of the results of Cancer, Charlotte decided to retire and concentrate on her health. During this time, she was introduced to Therapeutic Touch� and discovered the many benefits of the complementary healing energy. With her strength, courage, and humour, she progressed through her remission, whilst training through the different levels of Therapeutic Touch. As a Competent Toastmaster, she gives presentations on Therapeutic Touch to community groups. Charlotte is one of six Therapeutic Touch Teachers in the Atlantic Provinces. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic Therapeutic Touch Network as Events and Fundraising Chair, and volunteers as the Therapeutic Touch Coordinator in the Sunshine Room, Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, where she introduces Therapeutic Touch to people undergoing cancer treatments.
Barbara Stone 902-469-0317
Barbara has been a member of ATTN for 12 years. A former teacher, (with over 30years experience) she brings her love of teaching, enthusiasm, sense of humor and love of learning to all her students. Having studied Art (water colors), Photography, Woodworking , Angel Work, Meditation, Reiki, Shamanism, Aromatherapy and other modalities she brings a wealth of experience to share. She is an avid reader. Barbara has been an active ATTN Board member for 10 years, Coordinator for 6, Acting Treasurer for 5 and is the Practice Group Liaison for the Network. At present she is the Chair for the Canadian Therapeutic Touch Network (CTTN) She is a long time Volunteer at the Capital Health Sunshine Room where her compassion, caring and ability to do Therapeutic Touch have been appreciated by the patients. In the summer, Barbara is a Nationally Certified Local Tour Guide. You may see her showing our beautiful Province to the numerous Tourists from the Cruise Ships. She brings her enthusiasm, wit, sense of humor, dedication and hard work to everything that she does.
